Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Soldering Operative to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for precise soldering and assembly of electronic products, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with electrical and mechanical knowledge to develop their skills within a dynamic environment.

Job Duties

• Perform soldering of electronic components using hand tools and power tools, adhering to technical specifications and safety protocols
• Assemble cable harness
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly or soldering issues
• Maintain a clean, organised workstation, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times during operations

Experience Requirements (Mandatory)

• Proven experience soldering & crimping
• Electrical experience, including soldering techniques for electronic components
• Mechanical knowledge relevant to assembly and equipment maintenance
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the use of assembly instructions, technical drawings, or schematics.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail
